What I do

I am interested in the link between food and health, which is a broad and exciting subject. My research often involves people / volunteers taking part in surveys and “feeding studies”, as well as lab-based experiments. A particular topic of interest is how specific nutrients and other food component can contribute to healthy ageing.

The biggest food challenge facing society today..

For everyone to have access to a sustainable, nutritionally-balanced diet

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

Enthusiastic, creative, and maybe a little short-tempered :)

Probably sushi, although tartiflette is always a winner when I am in France.

What is the most fun thing you've done?

A hike in Mauritius with zip slides, cable bridges and swimming down a river

If you had 3 wishes for yourself what would they be? - be honest!
