What I do now:

I now work as an Advanced Research Dietitian, for a project called HONEI ( Humber,Obesity,Nutrition, Education and Innovation) designing and running clinical trials for companies like Boots and Yoplait, lecturing, writing book chapters, scientific papers and seeing patients in the Endocrinology clinic

I am a Registered Dietitian, I have worked in the NHS for ten years and I now work for a University – Hull and York medical school as a Research Dietitian.Dietetics is the interpretation and communication of nutrition science to enable people to make informed and practical choices about food and lifestyle in health and disease.
