From what I remember, students aren’t usually allowed out of the school grounds to go and buy food at lunchtime. Of course, they might go in after school, but I think it would be difficult to stop them from buying junk food anyway. If there are no fast food restaurants, they would probably stop at a shop and buy crisps and chocolate if they felt peckish for junk.

What we really need to do is stop them wanting it, which of course is A LOT more difficult than it sounds! A combination of education and cheaper healthy alternatives could be one way to promoting healthy eating.

I don’t think they should be allowed, no, it’s not right that they should be on every street corner. We need to be educating young people though about their food, so that they can make the right choice. It’s not the businesses fault as they are there to make money, not help us eat right.
