Question: why does your homelife affect your schoolife ?

Well, mum’s had depression, especially since dad died, so I’ve been kind of looking after her, making sure she’s eating right and making all her doctors appointments. And I have to look after the flat too, make sure there’s money on the gas meter or whatever. And all that means I don’t always have time to do my school work, or even go to school. And then we never have money for school trips, or sports gear, or books. So, yeah my home life does affect my school life.
