      Hi

      Ideally junk food should be viewed as an occasional treat.
      Your diet should be made up of 5 fruit and vegetables per day, lean protein ( fish /meat), minimal fat and sugars and a starchy food ( pasta /potatoes) to make it balanced.
      Junk food is high in sugars and fats and low in vitamins and minerals.
