Ideally junk food should be viewed as an occasional treat.
Your diet should be made up of 5 fruit and vegetables per day, lean protein ( fish /meat), minimal fat and sugars and a starchy food ( pasta /potatoes) to make it balanced.
Junk food is high in sugars and fats and low in vitamins and minerals.
Have you seen the film “Supersize Me”? In the film they ask lots of dietians how often you should eat fast food. Most of them say never or almost never, but a few think it’s fine to eat all the time!
my mate eats to much fat food she doesnt even eat healthy food how do i help her to stop eating junk food becuase shes starting to put on weight and i just cant stop her from eating this junk food?
